# How to use Cline with Subconscious

### 1. Install Cline

Open the Extensions view (Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+X), search for Cline and install it.

### 3. Choose the OpenAI Compatible provider

Open Cline settings with the gear icon and set API Provider to OpenAI Compatible.
