Subconscious is an inference platform specifically designed to power long-running agents. For tasks that consume 200k+ tokens, our inference system delivers unparalleled speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency. As agents proliferate, Subconscious will be a provider in every agent stack.

About the role

Today we serve billions of tokens per day. With your contributions, we'll serve trillions. For this role, success is measured on how many tokens flow through our platform.

This is our first GTM hire and a ground-floor role. You will operate as the architect of the go-to-market function from near-zero. We expect the person who fills this role to grow into sales leadership like Head of GTM, VP Sales, partnerships, or whatever you prove yourself on. There is no fixed ladder.

Responsibilities

Drive users to our API through marketing, outbound, prospecting, and partnerships.
Build our GTM processes and infrastructure from near-zero, including our marketing, CRM, enrichment, and rev-ops.
Automate our GTM with software platforms and agents to scale yourself in ways that we're possible just a few years ago.
Continuously refine our ICP, messaging, and positioning.
Source and develop distribution partnerships with our CEO.

Requirements

2-5 years across outbound, GTM engineering, or technical sales.
Experience selling to technical buyers.
Track record of pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Experience with a modern GTM stack including enrichment, marketing automation, and CRM.
High bias toward action. You thrive in ambiguity and want end-to-end ownership.

Nice to have

You have sold developer tools, inference, or infrastructure to technical buyers.
You have run partner or integration conversations.
You are active in the coding-agent or AI-infrastructure community.
You have built agent workflows that run autonomously and generate value.

Location

We are based in Boston, MA, and are in the office 5 days a week.

Compensation

We can't build this company without you, and we want you to be a meaningful owner alongside us. Your equity will reflect that.

Salary will be between $120k-$180k with significant equity ownership.
